Design Contest refunds - Client will be eligible to get 100% refund for a contest that he has posted.

• (a). Contest holder/Client can request a refund in writing only using his/her registered email id.
• (b). If a contest holder has selected a winner then he/she loses their rights to request for any refund.
• (c). If design contest is guaranteed then it is ineligible for any refund.
• (d). Refund can be requested within 65 days of launching the relevant contest.
• (e). Any disputes related to your design, our expert designers will be judged.
• (f). Refund will be given after some security check (registered email id, phone number, payment track id).
